Sharifa is the Administrative Manager at Wheeling Forward. Sharifa also brings a background of accounting in which she received her BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University.

Since joining Wheeling Forward in 2013 she has been an instrumental part of the fundraising team and organizing major events such as the flagship event Wine on Wheels, Burdigala, Riesling Without Borders, and Toast of France. Sharifa’s role in maintaining the financial health of Wheeling Forward has been critical in enabling Wheeling Forward to run programs such as the Axis Project, Scholarship Fund, Adaptive Sports, and Wheelchair Hub. Through her work and life experience she remains committed to positively impacting the lives of individuals with disabilities.
