Raymond is the Assistant Director of Disability Services at Baruch College and has worked in the disability community for over 10 years. He received his PhD in Clinical Psychology from Brooklyn College. Dr. Perez served as a VESID liaison for CUNY and was instrumental in helping to establish CUNY’s policy on disabilities and accommodations. His expertise and dedication have been crucial to Wheeling Forward’s success advocating for educational accommodations.
