Join Wine on Wheels in partnership with The Cava Spiliadis Collection for ODYSSEY – a Greek wine tasting adventure! Expand your palate as you taste wines made from indigenous grapes found only in Greece and meet Greek winemakers to learn about their vinification techniques, terroir philosophies, and personal stories.

At ODYSSEY we will be taken on a tour of the three main wine producing regions: The Islands, The Peloponnese and Northern Greece by host George Spiliadis, son of noted Milos restaurateur Costas Spiliadis. We will explore the characteristic terroirs of each region as 6,000 years of winemaking history unfold before us.
Guests will have the opportunity to taste indigenous, international and rare varieties from the Cava Spiliadis portfolio as well as rare vintages uncorked exclusively for ODYSSEY at the Milos Restaurant in New York.
All proceeds from Wine on Wheels events benefit Wheeling Forward, a nonprofit co-founded by sommelier Yannick Benjamin, that is driving change in the disability community of New York.
